AMD Announces Adjournment of Special Meeting of Stockholders Until Wednesday, Februar

AMD [NYSE: AMD] announced today at its Special Meeting of Stockholders at the Hilton Austin Airport, 9515 Hotel Drive in Austin, Texas that the Special Meeting of Stockholders has been adjourned until 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at the Hilton Austin Airport, 9515 Hotel Drive in Austin, Texas. At that meeting, a stockholder vote to approve the issuance of AMD shares and warrants pursuant to the Master Transaction Agreement will take place.
