You've gotta love Turbine's logic. While many of us are enjoying our first breath of warm spring air, they're sending the DDO world back to December! Screw flowers and growing things, when is it not a good time to be surrounded by ice?

The Risia Ice Games have returned to the DDO world and that means you'll be able to ice skate near the light house, try your luck at an icy half pipe at Bogwater Tavern and ski jump off a mountain into the harbor. It's all done in the pursuit of ice coins. Grab those floating discs out of the air like Mario and you'll be able to trade them into the aptly named wizard, Jack Frostbite, for winter themed goodies. Good luck nabbing them if your character's bad at jumping though...

The DDO store has also got Risia Ice Games stuff for sale like ice skates that keep you from falling so much, which can also be bought with 10 ice coins, and hot chocolate that teleports you to the top of the ice jump. It's nice to see DDO switch it up a bit, but, come on Turbine, we just got done with winter!
