Oh, man, sixteen days left before Christmas?! How the heck am I supposed to get everything done? I still have to get a tree, buy gifts for people I don't even like, make
cakes and pies, and figure out where I stashed that ugly reindeer sweater my mother knitted for me last Christmas to wear at dinner!
Oh, if only I could shift around all my holiday responsibilities like the stages in
Continuity. It's a puzzle-platformer that switches up the old tried and true "Get Key, Open Door" formula by adding a sliding-tile twist. All the levels are broken up into comic-like panels that you'll have to link up in different configurations, which you can then move your little avatar between. It's pretty astonishingly fun, yet simple game design, and with a decent soundtrack that doesn't make you immediately want to hit mute.
Not that I have time for games right now. Ugh, so much to do. I swear, this year I'm not taking the stupid Christmas lights down. If anyone asks, I'll call it "seasonal mood lighting".
