What should Woot customers do when they have questions about their orders or other customer-service-type issues? Simple: Post in the forums or email service@woot.com.

Sure, you could call -- but you're not going to get anyone who can help. You'll get the video podcast guy. Or worse, you could get our pal Joel, director of Shirt.Woot, who describes the time he accidentally fielded a customer service call and ended up with a desk full of smoked turkey.
