Either you're full of turkey and sleeping in, or you're very angry and sitting at work, or you're back in bed after surviving the Black Friday experience. In any case, on a day like today, you want something short, violent, and easy to understand. That makes Minute Hardcore today's ideal game.

 

 

First of all, look how your little ship is always firing. Makes it much much much easier to focus on flying. Just line it up and watch the bad guys die and you're done!

 

 

Okay, so you can't shoot all of them right away. But the second thing to know is that you've got more than one ship to use. Notice the different colored aliens coming down the screen? Your red ship can't shoot the red aliens, your green ship can't shoot the green aliens, and your blue shipâ?¦ yeah, you got it. When you find yourself surrounded by enemies you can't kill, just click the screen and your ship will change color. Then it's back to the zaping!

 

 

The last thing is that, somehow, this one minute of time is still divided into levels. Every time you kill a certain number of enemies the game will pause and you'll get to pick a power up. Diagonal guns? An extra ten seconds on the clock? Both options have their advantages so you can't make a wrong decision. Just follow your heart, and then get back in the game- OF DEATH!

Minute Hardcore will taunt and challenge you, but it'll take care of you too, and we think it'll end up as the best extended minute of your day.
